I will be completely honest, I have never used this this florist and was not familiar with the business until yesterday. Last night a member of Joyce's staff came into the restaurant I work at. He said he has been at the shop for 14 years, which already says a lot about the business. He was so kind, patient, and GENEROUS with us servers who have really been struggling during this time and he did it all on behalf of Joyce Merck Florist. I wrote something in the special instructions for my order. My order wasn't delivered until late in the day after I had asked for it to be delivered around mid morning. When I called to ask where my order was and when it would be delivered, they didn't act too concerned. I was told they couldn't get in touch with the delivery driver. I will not use this florist again. If a customer specifies something in the special instructions, you should work to accommodate them at all possible. I came in yesterday morning.I told her I had $30 that my dad had passed,his funeral was at 4 & he liked roses.She was choking back tears before I even finished,told me how sorry she was for my loss & said “just give me what you have will get something put together” I wasn’t expecting much but man was it a beautiful arrangement.I’ll forever be grateful for their kindness,patience & help is such a difficult time when I had no idea what to say do or ask for.I 100% recommend them for any occasion!

Went in today with absolutely no idea what I wanted to send a sweet friend who lost her grandmother. Everyone was so helpful in deciding what to get! We arranged for flowers to be delivered in 2 days (which would have been after the funeral). But 5 minutes after I left they called and said they would go ahead and deliver them today! So sweet and thoughtful! I will be using only this company from now on!!!!
