I tried to exchange a sweater my daughter recieved as a gift... It had 4 holes along the seam of the cowlneck. The tag was still attached and yet they would not take it back. I have 2 daughters, they and their many friends, will never shop there again.

Joyce Leslie in North Haven CT by far employs the rudest employees. Not one person smiles are greets you. They all act like you are bothering them. They chat with each other so much that you end up standing there waiting until They are ready to ring you out. Just forget about their refund policy. They should just state all sales final and be done with it. I wouldn't shop in that store ever again. I don't know how they stay in business.

I had purchased a spagetti strap shirt from them and the first time I wore it, the strap broke. I brought it back, waited almost 20 minutes just for them to see me since they weren't paying attention and talking to each other, with my receipt and the rude girl behind the counter told me I couldn't return it without the tags, even though I had my receipt and was within return policy. I spoke to the manager, who was also very rude and told me that her district manager would have to see the shirt before they could return it. So... read more

If anyone is interested in calling the Better Bussiness Bureau to voice their complaints about this place, here's where you can do so.the phone number is 609-588-0808.I filed a complaint online it took maybe 15 minutes join me the e-mail is info@trenton.bbb.org.We may be able to make a change in their unfair refund policy to stand behind the defective products this store sells.

Horrible!!! I bought a pair of Boots at the Paramus store. Wore them ONE time and the heel and soul of the boot all the to the ball of my foot came apart...A piece of junk!!!I Needless to say no one will stand behind the merchandise. Or compensate me in ANY way.NO exchange for faulty products,no store credit,No refund!! WHAT A RACKET.I learned the hard way of their assine policy.I WILL NOT shop there again.

The manager there at joyce leslie is very rude(old bridge store),she hardly smiles and her face is so scary..That look alone could drive one out from d store.Their clothes are the only reason why i still shope there,i just love their buy one get one free stuffs,very affordable.The manager shud try and be more friendly as well as the other staffs cos they are not welcoming atall

i love yall store i go shopping there all the time.it alwaysz have the clothes that i like. i alwaysz wanted to work there but i don't have a high school diploma.do u think i can get hired...?

I found the Joyce Leslie store at Roosevelt Mall to be excellent. I love the employees, the manager is also very helpful. I used to live in Phila. Now I live in Virginia Beach, Va. and I travel to Phila. just to shop there. I tell everyone here about Joyce Leslie. People here are always commenting about my clothes and want to know where I purchase them from. when I tell them I travel all the way to Philly to get them they are surprised.
