RecommendedFor the most part the work (wheel balancing & tire rotation) was done correctly this time. Previous rotation resulted in the front wheels being crossed to the opposite sides in the rear. Unfortunately I didn't notice it at the time. Online appointment scheduling isn't up to date with the Service Writers. That may be why none of them knew I had made an appointment. Although I did recommend, it isn't due to the front line service.
The service department went above and beyond for us today! We came into town from Illinois and had a clicking noise when we turned, we were disappointed to say the least thinking our vacation plans were going to be put on hold. They were super quick and helpful getting us out the door for our plans! We couldn’t have had a better experience!
They low-balled our trade-in it was only a year old. We wasted a half a day. thought we get the payments the same for a lesser value vehicle that got better gas mileage. Skip the crap about let me talk with my manager and let me see what we can do I'm totally disgusted with all that! give me your best price give me your best payment plan give me your lowest percentage on financing if you want a good deal do not go to Joyce Koons all they'll do is waste your time and causes you aggravation. worst of all they insult your intel... read more
We bought our vehicle from this dealer so our state inspection & oil changes are free. The staff is always nice but the attempt to up sell you on services is laughable. I went in a month ago to get my state inspection & my battery 'failed' they showed me a slip proving how bad it was. I said thanks but no. Went in yesterday for the free oil change and amazingly my battery passed but now my air filters were filthy & they wanted over $150 to change them. Thanks but no, we can do it for less than $50.
