I went to Joyce Koons on July 2, 2020 because my check engine light was on in my GMC Acadia. I arrived at 7:45 a.m. for my 8:00 appointment and was "helped" by Jessie. Three hours later, Jessie came back out and said I had an evaporative emission control system leak. There was corrosion around the filler neck in my gas tank. Great experience, Matt in service took great care of our Chevy 3500 for its 100k mile service. Reasonable prices, great communication, and transparent. I want to share my very frustrating experience with this dealership’s finance department. Specifically, after I sold my car I requested cancellation of the car’s extended warranty (nearly $1,500). I went to the dealership and filled out the form on October 22. I was told that Finance Manager Mr. Diego Gonzalez will contact me “shortly”. Over the past 13 months my 2017 GMC Yukon has been in and out of their GMC Shop. It keeps getting worse. It has been in the dealership for 3 plus weeks. They gave it back twice and said it was fixed after having it for a week each time. In less than 24 hours both times it had to go back in and the symptoms are got worse. We had a previous bad experience at this location and I wrote about it in a review I posted. After I left the review, they reached out to my husband and I and made good on our previous bad experience. Not only did they fix the door, but also did all the required service on the vehicle basically making it as good as new. They were very prompt and courteous, and went above & beyond.
