While I have no concerns with Joyce directly, I purchased a home she listed and she offered the home inspection items to be remedied by M&M Contracting (Marv). My experience is the Marv may not be qualified to appropriately address concerns identified but more importantly his fixes were incomplete and beyond subpar. His offer for resolution was met with more broken promises and prolonged unmet expectations. Joyce was very knowledgeable in the Lewiston housing market. She was honest and helpful in answering all of my questions. She made the process of selling my mother’s home go smoothly. I truly appreciated and enjoyed working with her.
