Dr. Cassen was friendly and business like. She introduced herself. She took her time and explained things to my level of understanding.
I have been going to Dr Cassen for several years. She is always very pleasant and never pushes anything you don’t really need. For instance, she recommended I still use “cheater readers” as long as they work for me! At age 72, I have finally graduated to a real prescription. Lol
