Joy Tsin Lau Chinese Rstrnt is second choice Not a horrible second choice if you are in Chinatown and the Panda Garden is closed for whatever reason or too crowded. Its not as good but its tough to really mess up chinese food. Prices are still reasonable and the food is served quickly, but go to Panda if possible.
Great breakfast Great food and friendly attentive server. A lot of variety in a great and relaxing setting.

Horrible service! They asked where we would like to seat, we said it didn't matter. So they basically stuck us in the corner. They gave us one menu for three people, so we had to request 3 menus The menu said 12 chicken wings, they gave us 6 wings. When we inquired about it, they handed us a menu with tape over the 12! The were out of Wonton soup at 4:30 in the afternoon, so I ordered chicken with corn soup. I had to basically inquire about otherwise I would have never gotten it. This place on the mid end of race street me and my husband were really skeptical about but when we wine the in they were sweet to us even let us check the menus out before actually seating us. The food we picked came out faster then expected and cooked thoroughly. We had a mix up on the food next to us but we all managed to suck it up and just eat.
