My family and I are going to that restaurant for over 25 years, mostly for Dim Sum! The best! We have tried Dim Sum in all the other Chinatown restaurants that serve Dim Sum! Nothing come close to Joy Tsin Lau! The staff is friendly and very accommodating to all needs! The flavor of their food is authentic!
been going their 25 years always good food and maybel is the owner and she an opera singer and i mostly always their, the dim sim is out of this world
Food was cold and not fresh my all family said it was not good
Went there for lunch last week after the car show and was a very disappointing experience. The temperature in that room was that of London broil! We were sweating just standing in line. The door service was good, but had to beg for a menu, drinks, a fork and 2 waitresses were noticeably frustrated in not understanding me asking for a Coke or a fork. The rice was bad and overall, I cannot say I will be returning. The decor was very nice and the owner was nice to us in the front, but over all a disappointing experience.
Not impressed...good customer service though...won ton soup was flat
Great food and service. Gotta try the ginger and scallion lobster. Yummy Mabel Chan is such a lovely person and takes care of all of her patrons. If you're in Philadelphia's Chinatown you MUST stop by Joy Tsin Lau for good old traditional dim sum :)
Love this place ... dim sum is better on weekend...great food
