My nails were horrible looking when I came into Joy Spa and Nail. Polly really took the time to make my nails look beautiful! The atmosphere was very relaxing and so was the hand massage and hot towel. Thank you!
This salon offers the best shellac manicure in the greater Rochester area! Polly takes great pride in the business and runs a salon that has a clean and soothing atmosphere. Polly never rushes and provides detailed and long lasting shellac manicures! The products offered for shellac are only the top brands which I appreciate. Many other nail salons in the area take the quantity over quality approach. This is not the case at Joy Spa and Nail, quality every time!

I haven't had my appointment yet but I am so grateful that they were able to get my little bachelorette party of 4 in on a Saturday after another place changed their schedule. They worked so well with me on the phone and made this frustrated bride calm again. Can't wait to see you guys! Thank you!!
Absolute worst experience. Took a friend for a mani/pedi, explained she is going on vacation tomorrow. Came back a half hour later to find they had only removed polish from one set of toes, claiming it was shellac (not possible). I was the one who offered the solution of wrapping the toes in acetone and explained we had a time constraint. When the pedi is finally done, they put her under the light.
