My nails are beautiful, my brows look great. Everyone was so nice. Its my new favorite salon.
After receiving a pedicure and manicure here, I will never go anywhere else. From the relaxing massage chairs, to the amazing delicious smelling coco mango oil massage with hot stones on my legs and feet, I was in heaven. Did I mention you get that with just a regular pedicure??? Wow! The lemon water soak for my manicure was such a nice touch. My nails and toenails look like perfection. Thank you so much!

RecommendedMichael did an excellent job on my pedicure. He was gentle and it was very relaxing. Lily did shellac on my nails. Best manicure I've ever had. Out of all the nail places I have been to, Joy Nails is modern, clean, and in a great location in Downtown Rochester. I will be back in a few weeks.

I was in town for business and stumbled upon Joy Spa & Nail and had the best mani/pedi I have ever received. The ladies were so wonderful and gave me tons of ideas for how to kill time and get the Rochester experience. Despite me coming in unexpected and toward the end of the night, they meticulously performed the mani/pedi and paid close attention to detail. My nails look fabulous!
