They have a no mask section of their office for nurses with open doors and windows, which is like having a peeing section of a swimming pool.

My spouse was absolutely horrified at the complete lack of sanitary care shown by JTNB this morning. They told her she could not wait in her car and that the lobby was open? The public bathroom is open. No one appeared to be cleaning anything. Absolutely no one wore a mask. Our VET TECHS AND SECRETARIES have been masked and gloved during our last 3 visits. We love Laurie, she’s the best!!! My kiddos have seen her on & off for several years. She’s very friendly, knowledgeable, and relates well with them. I’ve got to say, she has helped them tremendously. I’d rate her five stars without hesitation any day of the week. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The previous NP, Kim, was also great. We miss her, and hated to see her leave.

I see Ashley every week or every other week, and I absolutely love her. I first started going to her almost 9 years ago and quit for awhile due to my own personal things going on. By the time I called them to start getting back to a happy place again she had stopped taking new clients � But they said that because I had been her patient at one time, they would get her a message and see if she could work me in. I've been taking my niece to see Mrs.Clayton for 2 months and she absolutely loves her. The staff are ALWAYS friendly !!! Highly recommend!
