We recently canceled our service with Joshua's Pest Control. We signed up based on some promises from a very friendly salesperson, with a guarantee of satisfaction. We were especially excited about the yard treatment, which was touted as a partial or complete solution to various critters that can damage the lawn. Unfortunately, I cannot leave less than one star. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! After months, I was still getting spiders in my basement and wasps flying in from nests they did not remove. I canceled my service since they were not doing what they said they would do. They still want me to pay $156 for a discount for month one. They want to force me to do what I said I would do even though they will not hold themselves to the same standard. A good business would not obligate a customer to pay if they are not happy.
