Their communication is inconsistent. They do NOT notify anyone when they are coming or entering your property. I called to file a complaint and they reassured me someone would reach out and they did not. I called two weeks after to follow up and the supervisor was combative, entitled, un apathetic, no sense of doing GOOD business or taking any feedback for consideration. I WILL admit when I could be wrong, no ego hurt here. But I will make my presence known when I don't believe what they say. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

We recently canceled our service with Joshua's Pest Control. We signed up based on some promises from a very friendly salesperson, with a guarantee of satisfaction. We were especially excited about the yard treatment, which was touted as a partial or complete solution to various critters that can damage the lawn. I havent notice any difference. With or without there service. As far as I know they spray water. They say theyll come out again if I call them and complain. If theyre that good, should I need to?

Unfortunately, I cannot leave less than one star. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! After months, I was still getting spiders in my basement and wasps flying in from nests they did not remove. I canceled my service since they were not doing what they said they would do. They still want me to pay $156 for a discount for month one. They want to force me to do what I said I would do even though they will not hold themselves to the same standard. A good business would not obligate a customer to pay if they are not happy. Would be 0 stars if that was an option. Sales person was rude and would not leave. Discount after discount I finally gave in just to get him to leave. Still have same issues they promised to handle after a year, one of the treatments the guys showed up in pouring rain and sprayed the house. Not sure how that could ever be effective. Hire someone reputable, have used other local companies in the past with far better results.

I have called after my last two quarterly service visits to update my credit card. ***** Fargo has sent me two new debit cards in the last six months. Not my choice, they determined my card may be compromised. The first time the card was replaced I called ******** and they took the info but did not save it and repeatedly called me to say my **** was delinquent. Having door to door salespeople without a mask is absolutely irresponsible and reckless!!! Please quit sending these young guys on scooters with no masks on to go door to door during a freaking pandemic. They have hit my street twice in two weeks, both not wearing masks, at this point this is a public health threat.
