Very unprofessional. Agreed to take my case and agreed on a flat rate. I asked for advice on filing a continuance motion. He refused because he hadn't received any $$ yet. I requested a client contract and payment information and he told me he no longer wanted to represent me. Joshua Jones is the perfect example of why lawyers have a negative stereotype. Greedy and shady.
