Dr. Alpert truly got to the root of my knee issues that seemed to elude other doctors. My quality of life has greatly improved since I’ve seen him. His knowledge and understanding of my symptoms was all the difference between previous doctors and the multiple, unsuccessful visits to them.
Dr J Alpert could use some improvement in his communication skills and bedside manners. I found him to be rude and offensive. His assistant was more helpful and thoughtful. He didn't seem to be concerned about my pain or the reason for it. He was abrupt and rude. I was offended on how he answered my questions. I felt I was being brushed off.
Dr. Alpert was the second specialist I visited following my injury. He and his staff were incredibly efficient and courteous. Every aspect of the process from initial consultation to post operation was as easy as could be.
I broke my ankle and leg in three places while out of the country and was referred to Dr. Alpert by a colleague. I was scared and in a great deal of pain and Dr. Alpert took time out of his weekend to talk to me and help me through getting back home and getting into his office quickly. He and his team were nothing but helpful and responsive throughout my surgery and recovery. I am thankful and would highly recommend him to any of my friends or family!
OMG Dr. Alpert has everything you’re looking for in a doctor. Patience, bed side manners, understanding, keeps going and trying until your satisfied and feeling better. Doesn’t give up on you like most doctors or think you’re crazy . Willing to experiment , try new things, etc. The best communication I have ever experienced in a specialty doctor of any kind. I highly recommend Dr. Alpert.

We were seeing Dr. Alpert for my son's broken collarbone. Dr. Alpert and his staff were fantastic and really made me and my son feel at ease with the necessary surgery. Three months after the injury, my son was back playing basketball and is pain free!

I am so happy to have Dr. Alpert as my orthopedist.. As a retired ER nurse familiar with orthopedics, I have found him to be very competent, skilled, and knowledgeable in his assessments and treatments. I have always been pleased with the outcome of his management of my orthopedic care. He is also very pleasant, concerned, understanding, and caring.
