My teenage son recently was injured during a sport activity. We were refereed to Dr. Alpert by our GP. I was very impressed with his office, the lovely office staff, and by far Dr. Alpert. I found him to be knowledge about sports related injuries. He worked well and communicated with my son in such a way that my son found him extremely nice. We had to attend several office visits. Again the staff was very kind in meeting our crazy schedule with appointments. I will recommend Dr Alpert to all!
Because of my experience I would definitely not hesitate to recommend Dr. Joshua Alpert to family, friends or anyone in need of his services. He is professional, knowledgeable and concerned for your well being.
Dr. Alpert did not immediately suggest surgery which is rare. He trys other methods of healing before jumping right to surgery. I ended up having surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff. I was very pleased with the surgery & recovery. His bedside manor is fantastic. His staff & PA were amazing as well! I highly recommend Dr. Alpert.
Dr Alpert extremely thorough and professional from the first appointment until I was released. Not to be overlooked was his wonderful assistant, Adrian who complimented well Dr Alpert business professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone in need of shoulder medical attention.
Dr. Alpert did a great job repairing my Labrum, and Rotator. I met him before the surgery, and was completely comfortable with him repairing my shoulder. Knowing myself well enough to know that I have always been iffy with trusting medical professionals. I did, and do trust Dr. Alpert to get the Job done! I have regained strength, and I can play b-ball just as well as I could before if not better! I would recommend Dr. Alpert! He is a fenominal surgeon!
Dr. Alpert and his staff are a very professional group but different than most practices. He and his team are extremely compassionate in the treatment and care of the patient. They have been accommodating in scheduling visits as I travel a great deal. They have spent extra time during the office visits to explain treatment options and results. The staff is empowered to help the clients and operate on a first name basis. I have and will continue to recommend friends to this practice.
Dr. Alpert has now helped my son Simon through two broken arms, and I could not recommend him more highly. With a young family of his own, he knows exactly what a parent is going thru when their child has a physical emergency. He can also relate to the child's frustrations, and the reality that they are not exactly the ideal patients when it comes to x-ray/MRI, scheduling appointments, rehab, care-taking, and recovery. All of his guidance reflects this reality, which is very much appreciated.
I have been a patient of Dr. Alpert since 2012. He has been professional, knowledgeable, effective, good-natured, patient, caring and very kind to me. His staff has also been very helpful and understanding to me. Whether it’s Dr. Alpert or his staff I am confident that they will help me resolve my health issues. Saw Doctor Alpert for my knees as they have been bothering me for many years. He spent time with me and explained my problem at length. Focusing on a conservative route without surgery which I really appreciated. Highly recommend.
