Dr Hay and his entire office team are awesome! When my husband first went to Dr Hay he could barely walk. Dr Hay scheduled him to do a spine injection that same day and it made a huge impact. He ended up getting two spine injections and they were very helpful in controlling his pain. My husband did end up having back surgery and Dr Hay managed the pain medicines after surgery. His office always responds to requests and are very caring! Dr Hay is also very caring. He is exceptional.
Dr. Hay is the best there is when it comes to pain management. I am blessed to have been referred to Dr. Hay by my primary care physician, Sherif Rizkalla. Dr. Hay is extremely knowledgeable in his field and will do everything he can to keep your pain level at a minimum. His office staff are top notch as well.
Don't listen to any reviews saying anything bad about the staff or office. Dr. Hay AND his staff went out of their way to not only get my procedure done but also ensure that I am comfortable in my recovery. They went far outside of their scope in making sure I was taken care of. By far one of the BEST experiences I've had with a Dr. and his staff in my life. Having served 20+ years in military and over 10 in LE I know professionals when I see them.
I have been seeing Dr. Hay for a few years now and I have to say that if it wasn't for him, I'm not sure what I would have done. He is an excellent doctor, very caring and very knowlegable. I would and have recommended him many times.
