I was set up with Cortney, Josh’s “team”, to help me write an offer on a listing of his that was sitting on the market for 40+ days. Cortney treated me as if I wasn’t serious, made a contract exclusively for the 1 listing, and when the seller denied my offer, I never heard anything from Cortney or Lavik team. Ghosted. As a potential customer, this is some of the rudest service I’ve experienced. Don’t waste your time at on Lavik or Cortney, they will act as if your a dime a dozen.

I worked with Dasha Shy who is part of the team. I was looking to sell my condo and buy a new house as soon as I possibly could. I contacted Dasha who helped find me my condo, and she dedicated a lot of time and energy to meet my needs. She helped me to stage the condo and took me on viewings of at least 10 homes all in about one month. As first time home buyers we were very skeptical about the type of treatment to expect from a realtor. Josh Lavick and his team were amazing for me and my family as we prepped our move to Madison. We lived out of town and often worked late nights with our day jobs and my college courses. They were very accommodating to our unforgiving schedules and helped us stay on task every step of the way. We love our new property and are thankful that they helped us get there.

Josh and his team were incredibly helpful in guiding us through the offer/inspection/and closing processes for our home. Josh and Julie were both very responsive to our questions, and clearly brought a lot of experience to the table. And thumbs up to their customer appreciation program--we moved a boatload of stuff in their great van! Now we just need to figure out a time to use the bounce house and margarita maker... We would highly recommend using their team for both buying and selling your home.
