The young man who answered the phone was super nice to me when I got lost until I realized I was too far away to make my appointment time. He asked if I wanted to reschedule and I told him not at this time. He hung up on me. Needless to say I never called to reschedule.

I'm sorry that there was miscommunication on the phone. When you told me that you didn't want to reschedule at that time I thought the conversation was over, so that's my fault. I would never intentionally hang up on a guest and sincerely apologize for accidentally making you feel that way.
