I did not see Dr. Ricotta. Just Dakota the PA and the ultra sound technician. My last visit was irritating as I arrived 22 minutes prior to the ultra sound appointment which was sooner than the 15 minutes requested. I was not taken in for 45 minutes AFTER my appoint. time (67 min. waiting), which lined me up with my actual PA appointment. Swelling of the ankles
Have been a patient for a year. Appointments for ultrasound and review afterwards. Entire staff, welcoming and efficient.
Dr Ricotta and his staff provide exceptional service. His new office and surgical center are state of the art. Both my wife and I are patients and we don't know what would we do without him. Usually we're seen at our appointment time, but even when we have to wait, it's well worth it.
It could be better.
The staff was very professional.
Everything was too notch
My first time in the new building and I was blown away with the title design and space. My only complaint is their were only 4 handicap parking spots. Tell the county ITS A MEDICAL FACILITY AND 75 or more percentage on the patients use walkers and wheelchairs.
Great, 5 Star very professional and caring as was his whole team.
