although the office regarding staff is not personable, and my first new, patient visit was not very pleasant and I walked out after waiting an hour. I must say the doctor took his time to call me in the evening to do a telehealth appointment, and apologize for what occurred today and there’s a lot to be said about that.
Took over 4hrs to complete a 1hr procedure because his interns screwed up and he wasn’t around. Left patient on oxygen for life.

I was interviewed by a medical assistant then a Physician's Assistant before I met Dr. Ricotta. All listened attentively to my symptoms. Dr. Ricotta recommended a diagnostic test which will be done in his office. I feel confident that they will be able to help me. I am pleased that I was not rushed and I was taken for my appointment on time! So happy that I was referred to this doctor. The staff was happy and seemed to know the patients well.
I was seen by by one of the wonderful PAs. The crew that worked on me were very caring and informative throughout the whole process.
