Very professional and welcoming office with a very caring staff.
I did not see Dr. Ricotta. Just Dakota the PA and the ultra sound technician. My last visit was irritating as I arrived 22 minutes prior to the ultra sound appointment which was sooner than the 15 minutes requested. I was not taken in for 45 minutes AFTER my appoint. time (67 min. waiting), which lined me up with my actual PA appointment. Swelling of the ankles
I think he is a great surgeon, but he is not a people person. He doesn't spend much time with you. Couldn't ask questions. He was in and out. His team was great. But you always want to speak and see your surgeon on occasion. You asked would I recommend him, yes, but I would explain what I went through with him. Let everyone make up there on mind. Before surgery, I didn't see him. After surgery I spent 5 days in hospital. Still didn't see him. But his team was there.
Have been a patient for a year. Appointments for ultrasound and review afterwards. Entire staff, welcoming and efficient.
Dr Ricotta and his staff provide exceptional service. His new office and surgical center are state of the art. Both my wife and I are patients and we don't know what would we do without him. Usually we're seen at our appointment time, but even when we have to wait, it's well worth it.
Dr Faresi is great , he did my Moms surgery in 2012 and I was Thankful he could also do my surgery . He has very skilled hands and He is a excellent Dr , I would highly recommend him .
