The new offices are very impressive . The staff is excellent. Very blessed to be a patient of Dr. Ricotta. He is truly a professional and a one of kind doctor.
I had a 5:30 appointment was seen by a PA on time but had to wait almost two hours to see the doctor. I felt at times that I was forgotten in the room. I know the doctor has no idea how long he would be with each patient and I understand that. Other than that the doctor was very understanding about my problem and took time to explain the procedure. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
I returned to Dr. Ricotta’s office today for another procedure to seal my leaking valve in my right leg. Trish performed the procedure while Linsey did the US. As usual, they were very professional and knowledgeable explaining everything to me. It went very well!
Dr Ricotta did a very complicated Tcar surgery on my carotid artery. The surgery went well and there were no complication
Great visit, treated like I was the most important person in the office. Everything explain very clearly. All follow up scheduled right then and there.

This was my first time at the office. The office is beautiful. The receptionists were very nice. The MA was very nice also. I saw the PA and she was very nice. She explained everything to me
Be prepared for long waits, cancellations, and virtually no post op visits in hospital.
Long wait for the PA to tell me the result of my ultrasound.didn’t know it was only for my veins. Not the arteries that usually fill up with plaque Disappointed that I have to wait for another ultrasound of the arteries. My left leg aches like a toothache and my left foot is as cold as ice right now. I definitely know I need the procedure to get rid of the placque in my leg. Been there before. (Many times now)
