I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. Dr. Pennington has a very reassuring and respectful manner when discussing health issues.
