Dr. Mims spent over an hour with me. Explaining the procedure and my other options. He was very concerned that I was comfortable with the procedure that he was going to perform. He did not talk down to me. In fact he made me feel like a fellow peer. The before and after care has been wonderful and informative. He showed me exactly where all the instruments were and gave me a good understanding of what took place. I highly recommend Dr. Mims for your surgical needs.
Dr. Mims is an excellent physician and talented surgeon. I trust him and would highly recommend him to family and friends as well as anyone lucky enough to find him while searching on the internet for a surgeon.
Dr. Mims has excellent bedside manner. He explains everything in great detail so when you leave his office you have a clear picture of what he's gone to do.
I could not have had a better experience than I had with my recent surgery performed by Dr. Mims. He came so highly recommended, not only as a surgeon, but as a genuinely nice person. I have no hesitation giving a five star plus review!!!
Very dishonest. Performs unnecessary surgeries to make more money. Do not trust him. This greedy man will harm your health for money. Ruthless..
worst surgeon you can find, very incompetent. His assistant Alta is also very rude and not helpful.
Run away from this doctor. He is greedy, his patients are a number, and does not care about their diagnosis. He is very quick to offer surgery to make money. He is very quiet and does not provide any additional information. I was fooled by his sweet approach. Seek a second opinion if he suggest or recommends surgery. I had an unnecessary surgery which he made feel it was needed. Now I cannot eat and I am in pain. I was a very healthy person before meeting him. He has ruined my life.
Dr. Mims performed my parathyroid surgery in 2016. I was extremely pleased with his surgical skills, his kind and professional bedside manner and the excellent outcome of my surgery. I would use him for all other surgeries I may encounter in my life or those of my family members. My parathyroid growths are gone and my calcium levels are normal again. Absolutely love Dr. Mims...very knowledgeable, kind, detailed-oriented, personable--so many wonderful adjectives that I could use to describe him. If I ever have surgery again, I would want Dr. Mims to performed the procedure...highly recommend!!!
