Love this doctor and his staff too!
I usually do not go on this web sites and write, but I was impressed with the way they took care of me, so I am here, writing about it. Staff was kind, took care of the referral that was needed for procedures the same day. When they brought me in the back, I was pleasantly surprised by the way assistants were taking my history and doing exam. I stated that I would like to see the doctor and he came in. He did the procedure, it was painless, easy, kept my worries away by engaging in conversation.

I had an allergic reaction and Cheryl took great care of me. I got in same day and got started on medication immediately.
Dr. Masessa has taken good care of my aging skin for several years. He's the best!
At times the wait can be a little long, however, Dr. Masessa diagnosed a condition that I have been living with for years. No other dermatologists in south Florida were able to do that and I'm grateful for his knowledge and professionalism. Dr. Masessa treats a lot of veterans and has a soft spot in his heart for them.

Dr Massess's bedside manner was extremely poor and the nursing staff were very unprofessional. Add to these complaints the fact that I ended up with a mrsa infection and one could understand why I would never recommend this Doctor or his practice to anyone.
I believe that he goes to the extreme when ordering surgery, radiation, etc. His office is overbooking and he spends only a brief time with patients. He also talks down to his staff and makes degrading comments to them.
