I have been coming to this office for many years and I have never had a bad experience with the staff here. 10 out of 10 would recommend to someone looking for a dermatologist.
I had an extremely large basil on my back, and several smaller ones in various locations. The largest required 55 stitches. The removal and repairs went very well. The large sight has healed to to where it is a very light scar. Dr. Masessa and his staff far exceeded my expectations with their detail and professionalism. I HIGHLY Recommend them and look forward to a long lasting relationship taking care of me in the future.

i havent been here in a long time but the visit was great and i was treated like i ive been here all along
I saw the PA in the office for an examination generally, a spot near my eye, and roacea on my nose. The spot near my eye was scraped, and there were 5-6 touches for spots on arm with liquid nitrogen. As I was leaving, I realized nothing was done to address (diagnose) my primary concern, the roacea area on my nose. No further exam, prescription for cream. Comparable visit to real doc and same procedures for $800 less..BCBS paid most but it was fraud! I advised BCBS to investigate!

This is visit number four, two blue light treatments, one followup and today's final blue light treatment. Overall, I am very pleased with the practice and the staff. Dr. M was very friendly and I enjoyed our exchanges. ( plus, he is a pilot, go figure! ) I was surprised that i have had zero reactions to the first two treatments, no rash or redness.
