Although the appointment took long, the friendliness of the staff during that time was great. Everyone knew what they were doing and I felt confident on my diagnosis and treatment.
Dr. Masessa is very good at what he does. The medical assistants were great.

The ladies in here always make you feel at home
I had a skin cancer on my ear. I had to have the mohs surgery. The office staff were kind and gentle and explained everything so I could understand. The doctor even had bagels and coffee for the surgery patients! Overall great experience.
my son has been dealing with acne for many years. the staff at the office wrote down all of his instructions and helped him understand his new regimen. Its so hard to get a teenager to use medications, but we are hopeful!
