The most wonderful doctor ever! He is very kind and caring. Excellent staff as well
The office staff at the Morristown office are very friendly and professional. Dr. Googe is very personable and very skilled. I would recommend him to everyone.
Dr. Googe and his staff are always kind and professional. My diagnosis is acute and complicated so the intentionality, knowledge and warmth in which my care is addressed by Dr. Googe and his staff means a great deal to me. My family and I are very grateful for the direct communication as well as the hope we have received from this talented medical team.
Usually we have a good experience, but today was the absolute worst. The front staff is horrible. The worst one was the one we had to checkout with . She was so rude to my mom - I told my elderly mom to go sit down )since we were already standing and being ignored over 5 minutes). I stayed there, made her next appointment, but the the other ladies there kept talking to her, she even took 2 (two!) phone calls & ignored me me while I was still waiting & trying to pay moms co-pay! After another 5 minutes of being ignored / I wa... read more
Make sure to check if they owe money back. I went on April 30. This is September and still have not received refund. Billing keeps changing date.
Waited over 45 minutes to be seen. Saw doctor for less than 5 minutes; seemed disinterested in the medical condition and acted as if we were wasting his time. Medical diagnosis seemed accurate, but we are seeking a second opinion. Technician administering dilation eye drops needs to be retrained on proper procedures. No handwashing or gloves were used (no sink in room that I can remember) and medications were stored on window sill. Everyone other than the doctor was pleasant and friendly.
While Dr Googe was knowledgeable and appeared extremely competent, he did not act in a repectful manner, especially after I had a negative reaction to a shot in my eye. The practice as a whole is where I find the most fault as they kept saying I could see other doctors as if they were interchangeable but then I was charged when I had a problem from the shot. They said they couldn't do anything about it because it was a different doctor. There were a couple of other issues as well.
Horrible experience with him and his staff! He treated my 91 year old mother for macular... If I wasn't there he wouldn't even speak to her, like she didn't matter and didn't deserve respect. Would walk in, out the shot in her eye and just leave. He wasn't even gentle with her. On several occasions she would be there for 3 hours waiting.... And the staff would disregard her. They were rude when I would call to get updates on her condition....worst experience with any Dr office EVER!
