Waited 7 months to be blown off He refused to talk about daughter’s symptoms or run tests. Then diagnosed her with something that isn’t neurological, and she doesn’t have the symptoms for. We constantly tried to redirect to the neurological symptoms she’s experiencing and he would interrupt and ask questions about her T-shirt or where we’re from while we were in the middle of talking. When people wait months to see a specific kind of doctor, they would hope the intent of the visit is to help them, not put them down and say no one is ever going to help them.
I have a history of severe migraines and recently more serious cognitive symptoms. For the past three months have had an appointment with Dr. Vaughan, as a new patient, that was referred and scheduled by my primary care physician. I have excellent BCBS insurance. I confirmed my appt on Oct 17th with their office. On Oct 21, two days before my appointment, a receptionist called and informed me that the physician, Dr. Vaughan, canceled my appointment at the last minute, 2 days before appt, offering no reason or a reschedule. 2 years ago we went to Dr. Vaughan and he was SPECTACULAR. Very positive person and excellent patient skills. I went to try to find him today on Healthline.com and BOTH phone #'s presented on his page are wrong as well as the address. The number for appointments is a totally different person's personal cell and the other one listed for him is a totally different physician's office.
very disappointed he apparently was in a hurry they make ct scan and MRI and basically Dr. Joseph act like he didn't care , he did not give any explanation he make me feel that I'm a "customer" instead of a Patient
The entire staff really cares that your visit goes well. Each one makes you feel and comfortable including Dr. Vaughan. He took time to listen to my questions and make sure I understood what he was saying in a very professional manner.
If you're looking for a doctor that actually listens, this is the one for you! After 4 years and many dozens of appointments going to various doctors and medical professionals I had given up on finding a diagnosis. Then my oral surgeon highly recommended Dr. Vaughan. I didn't want to start the process of tests and labs again but I'm so glad I did with Dr. Vaughan. He sat and listened with genuine interest for as long as it took to explain my very complicated problems.

Dr. Vaughan is absolutely the best! He made me feel comfortable and relax during EMG and I will definitely recommend him to everyone. Dr. Vaughan's staff are very professional and and explain everything to me before the procedure as well. This is the "A team" in my book. Thank you so much Dr. Vaughan and staff. Salute!
