Great Store, Friendly Service, Awesome Ring! – I live in Seattle and checked out half a dozen or so jewelers in the area. I was most pleased with Joseph Jewelry and decided to purchase my ring from them. They were very friendly and accommodating. Not good customer service – I do not like this store and I am not sure why the rating is so high here. We went to check out this store and they are not friendly. They push to buy the stone. When you ask them to show you more diamond, they ask you to pay the shipping fee. Compared to other store we have checked out, this store has really bad customer services. I am not sure whether I can trust it for later maintenace or repair.
