We went to Dr. James based on the recommendation of another doctor. Maybe at one time he was the brilliant, compassionate man he was described to be, but we never experienced that. Every single time my 86-yr-old mother comes out of that office she comes out crying. He is condescending to the point of being mean. He is not a proactive Doctor. He does not listen. He does not act. Everything seems aimed at doing as little as possible for the patient.
My experience with Dr. James was exactly the same as L. W. in VA who wrote: "Dr. James is not sensitive to patient concerns. He appears to be more interested in what is easier for himself which proved to not be in my best interest. " He also seems insensitive and this can be hurtful, even harmful for a patient. And he appears to have somewhat of a condescendingly attitude towards his elderly patients. I do not feel comfortable about this doctor for looking out for ones health or well-being.
Professional, personable and thorough. He is an excellent communicator with tremendous customer relationship abilities. I trust him implicitly. What more can you ask of a Doctor.
Dr. James is not sensitive to patient concerns. He appears to be more interested in what is easier for himself which proved to not be in my best interest. Very difficult to get urgent care appointments.
