Dr. James is great! He is a concerned and dedicated doctor. His demeanor is very friendly and he really knows his stuff!
I have been so pleased with Dr. James and his treatment procedures. What I find most gratifying is that he doesn't leave you with the feeling that he is rushing through his patients like he has to be somewhere else soon. He takes the time to listen to the patient's feelings and thoughts as a key element of each diagnosis and treatment development plan. I am so thankful to have chosen Dr. James after my previous PCP retired at the end of 2017.

Outstanding primary care Doctor. I have moved from Virginia to NC and still travel back to him for 16 years now. He listens to his patients, he is easy to talk to and his staff is wonderful. He actually takes the time to explain things to you and talk to you. He is professional , caring, compassionate and patient I have been with him for 25 years plus. There is no other as far as I am concerned.
