Joe Himali is the BEST! Approximately 16 years ago, Joe helped me purchase my first condominium on Connecticut Avenue in Washington, DC, and, recently, helped me sell it. Let's just say that I could not have done it without his assistance and expertise. I wanted to sell quickly, and he made it happen. Very professional and well connected, his advice on contractors (and a wonderful moving company!) helped expedite the transaction.
