Dr. Haber is good at what he does but can be curt to almost rude. He shows no empathy or warm bedside manner. You're there to make him money, it's apparent.

Our son just had his thumb repaired by Dr Haber. He was fantastic. I would recommend to anyone.

Initially, he was quite cordial and pleasant. He attempted to solve my problem with cortisone shots but surgery on my trigger finers became necessary. At the procedure, he was abrupt, dismissive, and rushing to get to a meeting. It is now 12 weeks after my surgery and I am worse off than when I started. After several post surgical visits, he tells me I have had an "abnormal" result and has referred me to another type of doctor. He was totally without compassion or consideration of my plight and couldn't wait to get rid of me... read more

I was referred via my insurance and Dr. Haber is very unprofessional. I am in the healthcare industry and his bedside manner is very very poor. On one of my appointments his PA came in and wanted to change the initial plan of care. Thankfully I am very assertive and stated that wasn't the case and if so he needed to get the DR in room to say the least he said we could keep the initial POC in place .I don't like the fact on initial visit my Fx should have been done 4-6 weeks no surgery needed I am now at 8 weeks and in PT whi... read more

Dr Joseph Haber is the WORST doctor EVER. Doctors are generally snotty, but he's the most arrogant person I've known. I've taken my parents to many doctors, and they all accommodating. Sometimes I can't go with them to an appointment, they would talk to me on the phone and I would translate. My brother was in his office. My brother know more English than my parents (he even runs his own business). His English is not great, but not too bad either. Haber came in and walked out after the first sentence. What a JERK!

Dr. Haber is AWFUL!!! DON'T GO!!! I fractured my right pinky. I was very slow filling out all the forms because I was having trouble writing. I managed to fill out all but the medical info. The staff said it was ok because the nurse would fill out the rest. Dr came in, scolded me for not finishing my paperwork (after asking to shake my R hand), stormed out of the room where I could hear him complaining that I didn't finish filling that out, and then he sent in a PA instead. He was rude, pompous, and just an all around jerk. ... read more

This dr spends 3 min most at appointments. He makes you feel inferior and does not let you talk about your own physical problem. How it feels, ect. He does not care. Every case is individual. I have had surgery on my hand by this dr and it is worse than it was before. First he wanted to do Cortizone shots, then a month in a brace. Ever heard of atrophy? And he does not believe in physical therapy. How can you operate on a part of the body and not post operative strengthen it. Between the lack of spending time with patients, ... read more

I was still having pain issues after he did carpal tunnel surgery on my hand. He did nothing but feel the palm of my hand and had me do a couple of hand movements and told me I should not be in pain. Prior to sending me to have my functional capacity exam, he looked me right in the eyes and told me, "Now, you know they can tell if you are lying." After the FCE, he acted like he was shocked I had given my best during the testing and the PT agreed with me!!! 3-months later I was still having issues. I returned to him, he flat ... read more
