TOCA is a large BUSINESS. You will just be a number and a $ to them. They have ABSOLUTELY NO personal care. Its nearly impossible to get anything done over the phone, such as passing on a message or getting your pain medication for your broken hand.Things get lost in the system continuously. Took over a week to get my tramadol for my broken hand. They seem to bite off more than they can chew and just herd everyone through like cattle. I used TOCA fo my hand surgery due to a successful achilles repair and knee surgery. Dr Haber intially seemed competent but his post surgical attitude and my loss of 60%+ use of my right hand from one knuckle replacement he does not really care about. He was curt and made the comment..."Do you want me to amputate the finger?" Really??? I am a business professional and I would get sued if I spoke to someone that way if I left them with the results I am stuck with. Evan Lederman performed surgery on me knee and it's worse than before he touched me. He lied and didn't admit to his error. Beware.. beware.
The best hand doc, he's thorough, knowledgeable and does a great job
Dr. Haber was great he was thorough very patient great bed side manner he made me feel comfortable even with the injection I would recommend.
Horrible doctor doesn't care about patients just money.
Extremely competent surgeon. Reconstructed my broken wrist. Restored full functionality. Very efficient in my post operative treatment.
Asked us if we had any questions and took time to explain everything in detail for us.
He did a botched surgery on my finger. And doesn't even care.
