My wife and I are both patients of Dr Field, I initially brought my wife to see Dr Hartley for cosmetic dentistry. I was very impressed at the reception and treatment we got from the staff and even more impressed at the work that Dr Hartley did on her teeth. My wife then was introduced to Dr Field for further dental work which was done in a professional and relaxing way with superb results. I wish I had found out about Dr. Field earlier, but I am glad I found him now!! My daughter first went to Dr. Field for a routine cleaning/checkup and he found a cavity that was there that another dr. had missed. That same dr. who missed the cavity in my daughter, had put a gold crown on one of my teeth--to put a gold crown on they grind away part of your original tooth and it is a big piece of gold in your mouth. Amazing service and office. The office is like walking into a spa with its ambiance and attentive service. I tried several dentists before finding Dr. Field. It is the first dentist I've had that I feel truly cares about his patients. He is honest and always takes the time to do excellent work. The office has the latest technology and equipment. Dr. Field is by far one of the best dentists I've ever been to. He's done my regular check-ups, fillings/overlays/crowns and most recently I completed Invisalign treatment with him. He's great to talk to, takes great care to make sure you are as comfortable as possible, answers all your questions and generally makes dental work pleasurable (and that's a feat)! I had a Maryland bridge and bonding done to fix my front teeth. and zoom whitening. After years of not being able to smile and show my teeth and fear of going to the dentist I found Dr Field I immediately felt comfortable and talked me through what he thought would be the best treatment for me.. I have been a patient of Dr. Hartley for around 25 years, commuting from San Jose. I have been a dental patient of Dr. Fields since he joined the Peninsula Center. I have always had the very best care that I can imagine with every challenge that my teeth had to offer. I just had an implant performed by Dr. Fields. How he pulled my infected tooth without pain or blood is beyond me. Especially, since the root was cracked open. My experience with Dr Fields was excellent! Anesthesia was perfect; there was minimal pain. It was all done from start to finish in 1+1/2 hours. Dr Fields is always informative so you know what the procedure involves. His staff as usual is wonderful. Cannot be more highly recommended.
The world needs more Dentists like Dr. Field! His practice is second to none! My inplant was a matter of worry to me. Dr. Field was very responsive to my Dental fears, especially needles!! Dr. Field recently replaced my amalgam filling with a ceramic onlay. He is competent, skillful, kind, and knowledgeable. In short, he is the best dentist I have been to in my 61 years. He took the time to listen and spent time going over the state of my teeth and the various treatment options. The facility is lovely, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
