Dr. Kappil has just completed my second cataract surgery. The first in 2018 and the second this month. Dr. Kappil attention to detail and his concern for his patients is what a person expects from a great Doctor. Pre-surgery, the surgery and post surgery were executed to the BEST care a person can receive. Dr. Kappil's attention to detail made me feel very secure about going forward with my cataract surgery. The day after my surgery I can say that I am totally thrilled with the result. It is wonderful to not need glasses anymore.
Dr. Kappil performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes within the last two weeks, and the results are terrific. I can't remember the last time I was able to see this well. My options were explained well. Even though the insurance did not cover the laser surgery option, he did not pressure me to choose that over the manual method, and I can't imagine that the results would have been any better.
This was my first visit and I found Dr. Kappil to be very attentive, professional and kind. He explained everything to me, asked a lot of questions and answered all of mine. I did not feel rushed, which is often the case with some doctors. My daughter was the one who recommended him to me and I’m glad she did.
