Had cataract surgery performed by Dr.Kappil last week.He did an excellent job.Was very thorough and thoughtful.I would recommend him to everyone.
Dr. Kappil did my cataract surgery and I am extremely pleased. I have not had vision like this in 60 years and the improvement the day after surgery was remarkable. His wait times have improved, and his staff is pleasant and professional. Great experience, thank you.
Dr. Kappil has been my eye doctor for several years and I feel very well taken care of. He is professional, listens to and adresses your concerns, is easy to talk to. He treated a retina tear and very recently performed cataract surgery on both eyes. All of those went well as planned, he explained what would happen during the surgery. The follow up visits were useful. His staff is very friendly. Overall I feel I am in good hands with Dr. Kappil. My only concern is sometimes the long wait at appointments.
Not only is Dr. Kappil very good but his staff is very good as well. All are very professional and friendly.
Dr. Kappil has shown great knowledge in cataract field, he answered my questions in an understandable manner, he was prompt in all appointments I had, and best of all the results of my cataract surgery were excellent! His office has always been clean, his staff friendly and efficient.
Dr Kappil was recommend by my regular eye doctor because she said I needed cataract surgery. I am very glad she recommended Dr. Kappil because he did a great job in restoring my eyesight. I was very happy with the results. I am now seeing all the dust and dirt I have been missing when cleaning my house. I never realized that my eyes were that bad before.
Dr. Kappil was very thorough with his exam while listening to my comments, concerns and responses to his examination questions. He took time to explain his exam results and what he was doing during the exam. My surgical options were well explained. My surgical process and associated perscriptions were clearly reviewed by him and his staff during the initial exam and post-op. Very timely appointment reminders from his friendly and efficient staff. Great surgical outcome.
He is an extremely nice doctor that made me feel at ease as soon as I met him. I only heard good reviews by everyone that knew of him and his work was excellent.
