We bought a new Santa fe in January. My little gas tank door blew off. My husband called in July to get an appointment scheduled and wait until October to hear anything. Finally I get here for what should take 1 minute to replace door. The lady in the service center I would wait for an hour and a half. I am very displeased. Came in to possibly do a purchase......took over 2 hours to come back with a payment that wasn't affordable .......and then the sales person we had raised his voice at us when we decided to leave......dont buy from these people.....very unprofessional
Improve the service department and have them quit making excuses for delays.

Cat was great. No pushy tactics, hustle sale. Just nice and pleasant to deal with. And a Vet to boot!
