My kids have been going since they were little they haven’t seen her in years well we go today and she was super rude and impatient I even caught myself telling her I’m not a doctor she treats the parents like their suppose to know but in reality we pay you to tell use the problem there was no running water! In the building I went to wash my son hands and the water did not work that’s disgusting! Dr has no bedside manner. Does not like to answer questions. Seems rushed and impatient. The person answering the phone, after 2 minutes of ringing and no voice mail, is rude and snarky. The only people worth working in this pediatric office is one of the nurses and one of the people behind the desk. Have been trying to get my daughter's records for 2 weeks. They just said,"don't know why you didn't call sooner" and hung up. Didn't know the phone rang for 2 minutes before they picked up.

Her bedside manner is poor. She doesn't take the time to actually listen to you as the parent. She writes down the answers to the questions only to ask the same questions on the next visit. You have to press her on getting things done like referrals or prescriptions. Her offices randomly closes during the week early or they stop taking calls. The wait times while you are in the office are the absolute worse. It seems she may be overwhelmed with amount of patients she has taken on.

I have had nothing but problems with this doctors office! On our first visit they had us fill out paperwork (which is expected). On our second visit they said I need to fill out some papers, when the gave me the paperwork it was the some paperwork they gave me on the first visit. I told the lady at the desk I had already filled out those papers on the 1st visit. She said they didn't have them so I would have to fill it out again (they lost papers with mine and my sons personal information on it)

I have taken my children to her office twice and both times were terrible experiences. She doesn't listen to what you are saying, and then she writes out a TON of prescriptions that she does not explain at all. Today I took my son and I told her he was already on antibiotics and cough medicine prescribed by Care Now and that he was there for a different condition. She again prescribed 5 prescriptions, including an antibiotic and cough medicine, which I had already told her he was on.
