I had the displeasure of working with Jose Luis Guilarte, who showed us the rental unit and agreed to work out a deal in a couple of days. However, he disappeared without responding to phone calls and text messages. Even the owner of the house cannot trace him. Clearly, he is not a reliable realtor!
