Stay far away from Dr. Aguayo and his non caring staff. I went to see him twice after having a stone removed, and he never gave me a blood test. I was supposed to see him for 3rd visit but his staff were too lazy to call my new insurance to get the info they needed, they just wanted to push my appointment back until the insurance contacted them. My new nephrologist ordered 12 blood test on my the first visit and gave me great news. My EGFR has come up from 42 to 57 and my creatinine has dropped from 1.92 to 1.23…

Can't ever get a hold of a person on the phone and when you start asking questions they hang up on you. When/if you actually speak to someone in the office they lie and say they will get it taken care of amd call you back, they dont do either. They try and place blame on the dialysis center and they dont really care about their patients. They dont even act like they care, if they answer the phone they are unhappy and sound like they all hate their jobs amd could care less to speak to someone or help anyone out.
