Dr Ramirez and his staff provide a friendly and professional environment, thorough exams and full diagnostics explanations. Since starting the CPAP treatment my life has changed for the better. Full rested sleep, no waking up 2-3 times a night, I no longer grind my teeth, or cough first thing in the morning, I am more energized with no need for Naps, I highly recommend Dr Ramirez.
Unprofessional service from the staff; treatment is basically proportional to the patient's pocketbook. Bad experience.
Please bear in mind that this is not a review of the physician but rather his office staff. My dentist highly recommended Dr. Ramirez to see me about sleep apnea. I called twice during business hours, but nobody picked up. I sent a message via the website. Someone did call, but I was working and couldn't pick up. When I called back the following day during business hours, nobody picked up again. That said, I truly believe that the physician should address this issue with the office staff. I love dr. Ramirez he is very honest and polite. I like his heart and spirit he knows how to talk to patients not to make us feel bad of health and choices. Very excellent doctor and wonderful staff🤍
Highly recommend, excellent doctor, explains medical terminology in a way patients can understand, very friendly and knowledgeable, reminds me of an extremely intellectual mad scientist, staff is kind and well trained as well!!!
