They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find.
