Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Would you recommend this internist to others? If I Had To Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? No, no one seemed to notice I was there

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Does this provider use current and safe equipment? No; the equipment needs to be updated Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.
