Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Not at all, its out in the boondocks Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Somewhat, they could've used more help Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry Was this provider friendly? Absolutely Not! Was this provider's office too cold? Yes, I was freezing Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
