I wish the office's manager makes an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. Although the office's manager is not very welcoming and disrespectfull, Dr. Allongo always listen to every question or concern I may have. However, I have to recognize that they are prepared for my appointment and remember almost everything about me. Every time I come here the front office staff always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything! Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? No, he/she did not appear to care very much Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time
