Dr. Melo and his staff are top notch. They gave me the care I needed and went above and beyond every visit or phone call. Simply said they saved my life and I am forever grateful. They have a very tough job dealing with sick patients every day, it’s uplifting walking in the office and being greeted with a smile, and everyone knows your name.
Dr Melo is an excellent physician. He is one of few who listen, take time to understand, & ensure that you know your condition @ treatment. He is very well versed in his field of specialization. I’ve gained tremendous respect for him in nearly 20 years under his care.
waited over one hour until i saw the Dr. office is more like a clinic instead of a private practice. office has a very tired feeling and needs to be done over. 3 doctor practice..................when all the dr.,s are in, the office is way, way to busy.
Need to improve scheduling of new patients appointments. Noone is available to speak for appointments. Have to leave message to get response in 24 hours. Are they serious? Anyway, hope the 24 hours response will take place on the 4th day of waiting.
The office is closed from 12-2. If you should call around 11:40, they put you on hold then cut you off at which time the answering service takes over.
Great compassionate doctor! He is great and the staff is very kind and caring.
Dr, Melo makes my father wait and wait, comes in the room, doesn't answer a single question and then departs. One of the personality-less employees comes in to give him a shot and that's the visit. I have no confidence in the man what-so-ever or in the staff. Find another doctor. Quick!!
I am calling from a doctors office, the phone is busy for the last half hour, can not get through need to talk to the office.
What's wrong with this office. I called twice, they asked me to hold. Then the lady who answered the phone transferred me to another one who supposed to make the appointment, but she was not available and got an ansewring machine saying to leave a message and I will be called back in 24Hrs?????? Woaw!!!!!
