I give this Doctor 100% in his abilities, bedside manner friendliness and follow ups. When meeting with this Dr all questions are answered straight forward, 6 weeks after surgery playing golf and back to normal..

As a former nurse I am usually wary of trying new doctors but Dr. Lagares was recommended and the exam and forthcoming suggestions were skillful and positive. It was a good experience.

After my second visit with Dr. Lagares things are still looking good. We are planning for the surgery that will be required and he addressed all of my questions and concerns for the procedure. His assistant could have been a little nicer and considerate towards me especially knowing I have a lot of fears about everything really. Before I left the office they did schedule me for a CT scan at Mount Pleasant and I was able to get that done while I was still near Charleston. I was impressed with the entire office. The receptionist was pleasant and made me feel welcome. The nurse, Lisa, was very comforting. I've always admired Dr. Lagares and was happy when my GI doctor referred me to him.
