On Monday, October 30th, my 70 year old father fell down the stairs. He somehow managed to crawl back up them and get into bed. A couple of hours later he could barely move and was short of breath. We were forced to call 911. It was not an ideal situation to try and get him down 10 steep stairs (he is 6’2). The guys with the fire department were so patient, compassionate and understanding! Thank you! Job very well done!

Our house burnt down yesterday and I couldn't have had a better experience than I did with them. They were so kind and great! We are very greatful.
